The Spanish translations of the EFF Framework are a courtesy of Nancy Monroe, Coordinator of the Western Washington County Even Start Program in Hillsboro, Oregon. (The majority of Latin American immigrants living there are from Mexico, either Michoacan or Oaxaca.) Martha Molitor, a native of Mexico and professional translator, did the translations.
