Professional Development
EFF can help you to expand the capacity of your professional development efforts in two main ways:
- EFF's network of nationally certified trainers can provide a variety of workshops ranging from an orientation of standards-based instruction to research-based reading practices to preparing trainers to deliver a sales and service curriculum.
- In conjunction with utilizing national trainers, your own staff can become certified as EFF facilitators in order to provide ongoing EFF training in your state system. By selecting a cadre of practitioners and/or staff to complete the certification process, you can expand your professional development capacity and ensure a system for quality training and technical assistance.
