Professional Development

EFF can help you to expand the capacity of your professional development efforts in two main ways:

1. EFF's network of nationally certified trainers can provide a variety of workshops ranging from an orientation of standards-based instruction to research-based reading practices to preparing trainers to deliver a sales and service curriculum.
2. In conjunction with utilizing national trainers, your own staff can become certified as EFF facilitators in order to provide ongoing EFF training in your state system. By selecting a cadre of practitioners and/or staff to complete the certification process, you can expand your professional development capacity and ensure a system for quality training and technical assistance.
