Facilitator Network

The EFF Facilitator Network is comprised of facilitators from across the country who have been certified as EFF trainers. The EFF certification process ensures the quality and consistency of professional development coordinated by the Equipped for the Future at the Center for Literacy Studies. Individuals involved in the certification process gain knowledge of EFF and increase their expertise as facilitators. As they advance through the process, with coaching and technical assistance provided by the Center and the EFF national trainer assigned to be their mentor, they increase their capacity to guide a state or organization through an implementation process that includes the planning, training and evaluation of its effectiveness.
